Rosy's, New Orleans
Настоящее имя: Rosy's, New Orleans
Founded by a 21-year old jazz-loving heiress named Rosy Wilson in 1976. She renovated a 19th century brick warehouse at the corner of Valence and Tchopitoulas in uptown New Orleans near the Mississippi River. Rosy's Jazz Club had a 200 person capacity. Headliners included Count Basie, [a31615], [a8284], [a30552], Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, [a255680] and The Who. With such a small seating, expenses dwarfed revenues from ticket sales and the bar, so the club closed in 1979.
