Hayden Proffitt is a drag-strip history-making race driver. And he wanted to expand his golden touch from the Drag-race track to the recording industry by starting his own record label: "The Hayden Proffitt & Lloyd Norman Music Company." He launched the label by releasing a LP by a local band that he discovered: Jim Head & His Del Rays
