Waterson, Berlin & Snyder Co.
Настоящее имя: Waterson, Berlin & Snyder Co.
American music publishing company (1917-1929).
Founded by songwriters Ted Snyder (1881–1965), Irving Berlin (1888–1989), and music publisher Henry Waterson (1873–1933), this company quickly grew to be one of the biggest music publishers in the United States. Berlin left as early as 1919, however, to found his own publishing company, Berlin Music. Ted Snyder stayed with the company until 1927 when he moved to California. In 1929, the company went bankrupt. Its assets were acquired by Mills Music, Inc., the firm owned by Jack Mills (3) (1892–1979) and his brother Irving Mills (1894-1985).
