Susamuru

A Finnish TV production company from Kuopio (another office was in Helsinki). Founded in 1999 - production started a year later.
Alongside with TV productions, the company also published magazines. It was a member of Sparks Network (formed by independent production companies around the world).
In February 2011, the majority holding of Susamuru was sold to Swedish media company Forma Contract. 15 months later, the majority holding of Forma Contract was sold to Swedish newspaper and media corporation Stampen Group.
In December 2013, Susamuru entered a company renovation. On June 19, 2014 it was announced that the company will gravitate to bankruptcy. This happened because of the unprofitable magazine publishing and a lost lawsuit against another media company.

Sari Isotalo - current CEO, former production manager. Owns 60 % of the company.
Harri Saukkomaa - founder of the company, chairman of the board. Owns 40 % of the company.
