This label was a Czech subsidiary from the Homophon Company GmbH was ran by businessman Jan Kettner, who was active in the gramophone industry since 1905. It's motto was "The Voice of Artistic World", and it pressed recordings from the matrices of German Homocord and also, a few Emerson matrices.
