A series of compilations conceived and compiled by Bruno Guez from 1994 to 1997 usually released on Quango Records, but also licensed to other labels and partially handled by Island Records Inc.. Taken from the 1996 advance promotional cassette for "A Journey Into Ambient Groove": "This record was originally released in December 1994. It not only marked the beginning of a series of compilations, but more significantly, it was a catalyst for a series of events, meetings, friendships and collaborations that eventually led to the birth of a new label, Quango."
