The European releases on CD were issued in 2007 in both standard jewel case and super jewel box, and as 'Official Collector's Edition'. In Japan as SHM-CD re-issues in 2012. These all have the outer spines each showing part of an image that match up to form part of the image also appearing in the cover of . These also all include the band members' signatures printed on the disc faces. The LP releases were also issued in 2007 as 'Official Collector's Pressing, Strictly Limited Edition' on coloured vinyl.
