Mal Kent

Mal Kent (banjo/bass drum/vocals) studied classical voice at the University of Tasmania and is still not convinced that jazz is real music. She moved to Bruny in 1994 and when the band needed a banjo player Mal was lent an instrument and asked if she could learn to play it. She joined the band three weeks later.
