Ken Seiffert

American bass player. He taught himself how to play the instrument, beginning at age fifteen, which would lead to a distinguished musical career of more than 50 years. He worked on the syndicated TV show The Mike Douglas Show for 3 1/2 years and at The Theatrical in Cleveland, Ohio as part of their house band for 4 years, both with drummer Bob McKee. He was part of The Bob McKee Trio, including on the album "Swingin' at The Theatrical" by The Bob Mckee Trio and Nancy Ray that was recorded live in 1963. He toured with the Joe Bushkin Trio in 1966. He eventually landed in Hawaii, performing with Don Ho for five years. In 1974, Ken moved to Las Vegas and has been playing in showrooms on The Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Broadway shows ever since.
