The Four Rockets (2)

Members: Freddy de Bock guitar & vocals; William Souffreau Guitar & Vocals; Johnny D'hondt (a.k.a. Johnny Frit) Bass guitar; Rudy Arys Drums Belgium band around 1967. This band was quite popular in the dance hall-circuit and thanks to a manager they played a lot of shows while on some evenings they played with Pop' Liberty 6 in Wallonie and France. On their setlist were mainly rock & roll classics, [a170356], [a82730] and [a20991] with only very few self-written songs. In 1967 The Four Rockets (2) managed to release a single [r5292764], both songs are very much influenced by The Kinks on the Micro (2) label, while a second one was recorded but never saw the light of day, as the original tapes seemed to got lost. With The Four Rockets (2) William Souffreau does his first recordings.
