UTABRO S.A. Zurich

Swiss company, relocated to Zurich and renamed to UTABRO A.-G. (UTABRO S.A.) (UTABRO Ltd) in August 1950 (former name Exor AG, in Berne). New member of the board of directors was Edwin Utiger (who gave probably the company name). Purpose of the company: Trade and manufacturing of chemical, pharmaceutical and biological products. In 1963 this company let register the brand "UTABROFON". January 19th,1975: The company UTABRO S.A. Zurich 4, Kalkbreitestrasse 3 was moved to Dachsen (canton of Zurich). Different purposes (incl. manufacture / trade of records). It seems that with this dislocation they took over also the activities of UTABROFON. It is listed all the capital and value items incl. recording tapes, pictures for the records, a Bucher laminator with Freon cooling system and a record press Bucher-Guyer Nr. 2022 also with Freon cooling system. In 1976 The company UTABRO S.A. Zurich (now Dachsen) was moved back to Zurich, David Hess Weg 16. In 1979 bankruptcy of the company. Case closed in 1980
